Welcome to Redneck Road Technologies. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We provide IT support (remote and on-site) and custom computer/rig building services. All work is performed on a best-effort basis with the goal of solving your problem quickly and correctly.

2. Pricing and Payment

Hourly, project, and retainer rates are as listed on our site or quoted.
Travel fees are charged as disclosed (local flat fee or $1 per mile round-trip).
Payment is due at time of service unless a retainer or prior agreement is in place.
We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, and common payment apps.

3. Retainers & Monthly Plans

Retainer plans are billed monthly. You may cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Unused hours do not roll over unless agreed otherwise.

4. Custom Rig Builds

Custom rigs are built to your specifications. Changes after build start may incur extra charges.
All sales of hardware are final. We stand behind the build quality and our workmanship.

5. Service Guarantees

We stand behind our work. If an issue arises from our service or build within 30 days, we will work to resolve it at no additional labor charge. This does not cover customer-caused issues, third-party hardware failure, or normal wear and tear.

6. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for data loss, even when performing data recovery or backups. We strongly recommend you maintain your own backups. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.

7. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled by phone.
24-hour notice is appreciated for cancellations. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a request violates the law or these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
